Portraiture Sessions – additional info

• Please allow 60-90 minutes for the photography session, followed by a 20-30 minute viewing if time permits
• Hair and make-up may be arranged in advance and is available for $120 per hour
• There is no charge for travel within 20kms of the Sydney CBD
• If the location is beyond 20kms of the Sydney CBD, an additional charge of $1.50 per km will be charged
• Parking / toll fee is to be covered by the client and will be invoiced after the photo shoot
• Purchased prints and CDs will be made available within 14 days following the photographic session
• Richard Jules Photography reserves the copyright of all images which may be used for promotional purposes

Payment

• 50% non-refundable down-payment is required upon signing the reservation and confirmation of the assignment
• All packages include the non-refundable fee
• The remaining payment is due upon receipt of all items
• Should all the images be destroyed due to unforseen circumstances as a direct result of Richard Jules Photography, all the money that has been deposited will be refunded
• Package prices and specifics are subject to change without notice. However, packages are referenced and locked-in at their current prices at time of signing of contract (with payment of deposit), and will not change for that contracted event
